Being an active residential neighbourhood, Sainikpuri is a locality situated in the northeastern part of Hyderabad City that falls under the KapraMandal of Medchal-Malkajgiri District. The city started setting up a cooperative housing society for the retired army personnel. However, now the city houses societies for other defence services and civilians. Much to the meaning of the name, Sainikpuri is the 'place for soldiers' but now it also houses civilians. The region also offers several facilities such as a gymnasium, library, community hall, basketball and badminton court too. Its physical infrastructure, social and retail options and nearby employment hubs have attracted a lot of potential buyers (some took our relocation services).
